Erdbeer-Weißwein-Sangria Sommergetränk (Druckversion)

# Zutaten:

→ Liquid ingredients

01 - 1.5 liters chilled dry white wine (e.g., Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or semi-dry Riesling)
02 - 1 liter chilled sparkling water or club soda
03 - 170 g thawed pink lemonade concentrate (e.g., raspberry-lemonade; alternatively, 250 ml reduced pink lemonade)
04 - 120 ml sugar syrup (store-bought or homemade)

→ Fruits

05 - 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
06 - 1 container fresh raspberries (approx. 250 g)
07 - 1 lemon, washed and sliced (for decoration)

# Anleitung:

01 - Chill the white wine, fruits, and sparkling water. Thaw the lemonade concentrate in advance.
02 - Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries. Gently wash the raspberries.
03 - Combine the thawed pink lemonade concentrate and sugar syrup in a large pitcher or beverage dispenser. Stir well.
04 - Gently stir the chilled white wine into the lemonade mixture.
05 - Add the strawberries and raspberries to the pitcher and let sit for approx. 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
06 - Shortly before serving, add the sparkling water and gently stir.
07 - Serve in glasses with ice and lemon slices. Alternatively, add ice cubes directly to glasses to avoid diluting the beverage in the pitcher.

# Hinweise:

01 - To make sugar syrup: Boil 100 ml water with 100 g sugar in a saucepan, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Let it cool before using.
02 - For an alcohol-free version: Replace white wine with white grape juice or apple juice, and pink lemonade with standard lemon soda. Adjust or omit sugar syrup as needed.
03 - To store leftovers: Store sangria without ice and lemon slices in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze.
04 - For sangria popsicles: Pour prepared sangria into popsicle molds and freeze.
